Food:

7:00 (driving to gym): ready-to-drink chocolate protein shake

8:45 (diner w/ Tom): 2 fried eggs; English muffin w/ butter; 10 oz.
grapefruit juice

1:00 (home -- worked at home today): 3 f/f hot dogs w/ 3 slices melted
f/f cheese & catsup; 3 mint meringue cookies

4:30 (home): apple

6:15 (restaurant): 1/2 piece bread; 2 cups salad (greens, tomato,
cucumber, carrots) w/ 1 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette; 5 oz. broiled
salmon; 1 cup steamed veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots); 1/4
cup garlic mashed potatoes

8:00 (wine tasting): 8 oz. wine (pinot noirs); 2 oz. assorted cheeses;
1 oz. strawberries; 1 oz. red grapes

Totals: 1834 calories (171 from wine); 49g fat (24%), 175g carbs
(38%), 134g protein (29%)

7:15 -- Exercise:

Bench warmup: 1x10x45; 2x5x65; 1x5x85; 1x3x105

Bench w/ pause: 1x3x95; 1x3x105; 1x2x115; 1x2x125; 1x5x85; 1x5x65

Close grip bench: 2x5x95

Seated DB shoulder press: 1x5x20s; 1x5x25s

Skull crushers: 1x5x45; 1x5x55

Triceps pressdowns: 2x8 w/ 9 plates

(I should note that I'm preparing for a bench press competition on May
15.)
