1). I have provided scores of beers (and wines) with their carbs in my

post.
There's also about 20 beer/carb counts on my website. Google and see.

2). I don't advertise on this ng. I do put a link in my signature.

Perfectly
legal and within the bounds of the "group charter."

3). Don't threaten me with veiled comments (aka "Hint hint") or I'll

report
you to your ISP for making threats.

4). Go **** yourself.

I don't care in general whether you sell your book or not. In
specific,

1) not here, it's against the group charter,

2) you keep claiming you're helping people with your posts. I don't
consider marketing to be "helping" in the context of a support group,
and neither did the group's charter or there wouldn't be a great big
"DO NOT ADVERTISE" right at the very top. That is the only damn
reason you are here. You neither post to any other thread or talk
about any damn thing else here, neither giving or asking for support--
only looking for an excuse to advertise your book. By the way, OP can
do the same thing you did, you know, its not rocket science, and
cheaper on her pocketbook too, and

3) spammers lose their accounts all the time for posting advertising
where it's not wanted. Hint hint.

4) Bite me spammer.

Money for my services? What an abstract thought! It took me 2 years

to
gather this information. I charge what's fair for my work.
When you go to work, do you do it for free or do you wait around for

your
pay? When you go out for dinner, do you expect a free meal? Did you

buy your
house or did you get it for free?

You're either a mooch or a Socialist.

From the way my book is selling, I'd say you're in the minority.

I told her how to get the information herself, for the drinks she
wants. You on the other hand want money for your services. Now

how
have you "helped" OP?

Get real and shill somewhere else.

Take your own advice and Google this ng for the last few months and you'll
see how many carb counts for various beers and wines I have posted here. I'm
not going to do your work for you, you mooch.

I also counted 20 beers with their carb counts on my website and guess what?
The info's absolutely FREE as is the FREE newsletter I send out that also
includes carbs for beer, wine and some booze.

I get a big kick out of morons like you who run off their mouths, don't
check their facts and slam me. I give out relevant info that LC dieters can
use. You, on the other hand, give out platitudes and useless information.

" I want to see these "scores" of beers and wines with their carb counts..."
Sure you do. Like I said...you're a mooch.

Hi All,

I am wondering which alcohol would be better, as far as the Atkins' diet
is concerned. I prefer red wines (Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet) but have
also enjoyed scotch and club soda or Black Bush (Irish Whiskey) and soda
as well.

I am going to start the Atkins' diet tomorrow, and I know there is no
alcohol permitted during the induction period. I am just planning
ahead, for holiday parties!

Thanks,
Judy

According to the South Beach Diet - low carb diet - if you are going to
drink any alchol, it should be red wine. It seems that the low carb beers
are made with maltrose which is not good for a low carb diet. Red wine
supposedly has other healthful benefits, so that's what they suggest.
