New, but old...

Hello fellow low carb friends.
I'm trying this now for the 23rd time and for some reason I
think this is it.
Posting to this also tells me to stay WITH IT and I feel
it's like talking to thousands of friends and now I'll have
to keep my word to myself and my good 'friends'...

Thank you. I am at 240. I will try and find a good chart
I can 'fill in' and see some kind of a graph or something
and that will be VERY insperational to me.
Any suggesstions, other than an Excel spreadsheet?
I may end up doing that anyway.
