Hello Everyone !
I just joined this group and my goal is to lose some serious weight. I
think that being in a social group for this really helps. So I hope I will reach my goal and all the other people in this group too. |

Been losing weight on and off for 6 years, losing weight seriously for about 2 months. Might be a good idea to offer a summary of your stats (height, weight, age, health issues, etc.) I was about to offer some advice based on what works for me, but I'm pretty much doing some extreme dieting which is questionable enough at my age (mid-twenties) and a terrible, terrible recommendation for anyone older than me. The advice I can give, more generally, is keep strict watch over your calories, and get an accurate way to measure yourself (recommended weightloss is 1/2 - 2 pounds a week (about 0.2 - 0.9 kg) |

The only way to make sure to reach your goal is to never ever EVER give up!!! ;o) What are you doing to lose? Are you freshly starting or have you been at it for a while?
