Food & Exercise -- 2/29/2004
Food:
8:45 (home): 3 fiber rye crackers w/ 3 slices f/f cheese 11:30 (elaborate buffet brunch): 8 oz. orange juice; 6 oz. champagne; 5 oz. large shrimp w/ cocktail sauce; 3 oz. assorted meats (beef, pork, duck); 1.5 oz. assorted cheeses; 1 piece French toast w/ syrup; 1/8 waffle w/ orange mascarpone; 1 1/8 black bottom muffins; about 2 bites each of a couple of different desserts 7:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese 10:00 (home -- planned): creatine Totals: 2016 calories (129 from alcohol), 61g fat (27%), 214g carbs (42%), 118g protein (23%) Exercise: None. Unfortunately, my cold has gotten a fair bit worse. I'm glad it held of until today, at least. Chris 262/155/ (holding in 152-165 weight class) |
