Too much Splenda give you gas?

What are you using the Splenda on or in? I only use it in coffee, and too
much coffee definitely gives me gas.


Well Im only adding it to my decaf team Im making

But..... a lot of the low carb foods Im buying have it
added from the factory.

Is this something you're putting Splenda in, or are you eating
Splenda-sweetened candy and ice cream, without noticing all the
sugar alcohols that are also in it?


See my other post

But no Im making sure In NOT eating those sugar
alcohols!! My body def can not tolerate that stuff.

However I am buying some processed food with splenda
already in it such as hods Low Carb orange juice drink
and such. But Im trying to make sure there is only
splenda in it and no sugar alcohols.
