Default FRUIT -- How much do you eat for your WOE?

Hi everyone --

Just wanted to take a mini poll on how much fruit we eat and what kinds? I
spent a long time not liking and not eating fruit. This year I love it and
can't get enough (although I try to limit myself).

Let me know the kind you eat, and how much in terms of your low carb diet?

THANKS SO MUCH!!

I have it once or twice a day, occasionally three times (I mostly followed
South Beach, and I'm in maintenance now). I'll have a mid-afternoon snack of
cantaloupe or a smoothie with raspberries thrown in, then after dinner I'll
have some kind of berries. If I have a dinner salad, I'll add some kind of
fruit, usually pears or apples, but occasionally pineapple or even raisins,
which are so sweet I consider them "forbidden" but have them maybe once a month
anyway.

I try to have one a day, sometimes if there is a breakfast event and a fruit
tray I have 2 servings. I'm doing South Beach mostly. But there are lots of
days I have no fruit at all.

I'm an Atkins guy that has lost and kept off 50 lbs over 5-6 years. I
haven't eaten fruit in all this time, except occassional berries. I am
happy and healthy as a horse. I eat lots of veggies and once in awhile a
500MG pill, as my only source of vitamin C. IMHO you never need to eat fruit
again if you don't want to.

My standard is one grapefruit each day. Each other day or so I also eat
some berries.

Right now I decided to enjoy the summer and eat much more of it.

I eat berries daily. Sometimes, I'll have other fruit, if I exercise a
lot or just feel like having fruit.

I've lost 50lbs so far on low carb. I eat blueberries, or strawberries every
day - about 1/3-1/2 cup with my Keto Crisp cereal and cream.

I switched to Hood milk, and ditched the cream thus saving a bunch of
carbs, and lots of calories too.

I eat a serving of fruit most days, usually blueberries or strawberries
with yogurt, sometimes canteloupe, peaches or half a grapefruit.
I like frozen unsweetened berries or peaches in a shake.
