Default Addicted to Junk Food

Often obese people make statements that they would like to eat less, but
can’t control themselves. The latest medical research proves that this
might very well be true.

Hello dear. Nice post. I have read this story. junk food and fast food have so much calories that can increase our body fat and weight so i don't prefer to eat this kind of food. i eat vegetables and fruits. But this theory is also true because we think that we should not eat too much but we have not any control on it.

I would like to say that Fast food and Oily food is not good for health because these result in increasing fat rather then decreasing it . Fruits and vegetables are the always best for health that you can eat to your fill . we should avoid to eat Oils and fast food but the problem is that we violate the rules and can not control to eat these things .
