up .6 not bad since i hurt my back before last week's WI and haven't moved
anymore than needed, have a great week, Lee

thanks, it is getting better. I just wish i could figure out what i did to
it. No fall/strain lifting or even anything fun, just woke up and couldn't
hardly move, but it does seem to be on the mend so i must be grateful for
that, and today is a new week, when i am done reading my news groups and
email i am going to attempt to do my streching exercises, have a great week,
