Default On the evils of wheat


He mentions other issues like high fructose sweeteners as I recall.

There are other issues such as pesticide and other persistent organic
pollutants that are contributing, IMO.

He does mention vitamin D a fair bit which has been a hobby horse
of my own in the past.

Down 7 inches around the waist since I dropped grains.
