What is your agenda, Matti?

To find the truth.

Your presentations are awfully one-sided for that.

My, my, see who's "talking"? Dr. Objectivity, I assume? Or is it Dr.
Open-mindness?

BTW, I strongly disagree with your opinion. I don't often express my
opinions, just present the facts, usually in the form of studies. More often
than not these have been needed to correct your erroneous statements. No
wonder you feel they are "one-sided", because very rarely the presented
facts side with your statements or with your beliefs, your "truth" so to
speak.

Sounds like I hit a raw nerve.

Seems that you have no intention to discuss facts seriously. Ever. I'm not
interested in meta-babble and meaningless one-liners.

Why does your life have no meaning?

Default Ketosis, Ketogenic diets and atherosclerosis

Competitive swimmers generally report that they are very
hungry after a workout, and generally want carbs, and the
same people say running or weight lifting doesn't affect
them the same way.

Hmm .. I swim 3 x a week - doing 1500 meters each session and I'm raising
that to 1650 meters (1 Mile) come Monday.

I used to swim 1 hour each AM, then 2 hours each afternoon for practice. So
that was 3 hours a day every day that I swam HARD.

I'm not so sure I agree with that .. I know that the amount that I am
swimming now canNOT be construed as a competitive workout, but when I did
swim competitively, I wasn't necessarily hungry after my workout .. But
THIRSTY .. And when I did eat, I generally wanted something light - sandwich
(yes it's carby , but not a WHOLE meal sotospeak - still changing mindsets
here), salad, soup things of that nature .. More a "light" supper type thing

Now with doing 45 minutes 3 x a week (the other 2 are for weight lifting), I
find I'm not so hungry, but by the time I get home, I know I should eat -
that's my problem mostly .. NOT enough intake so my body hits starvation
mode. So I make an omelette or some such thing ..

BUT that also could be because I am having 1/4 cup of flax meal with a
protein drink for breakfast and that definitely will take the edge off your
hunger.

Just my two cents based on experience

Hi Ron

This may be a really stupid question, but how exactly do you go about
killifying someone? I understand the concept .. Rather like a block on
their email address

I use my email client to do this ng .. How would I go about creating kill
files, and could you kill file certain topics? Some of the stuff that is
discussed I have absolutely no interest in or is just way to technical
and
over my head

TIA and I appreciate the help

It depends on your software. I'm using Opera and it has an option called
"filters." I can filter messages containing "mu" for instance. However,
it only seems to apply some filters when I manually apply the filters;
other times, it will get rid of all the filtered items.

Lower and prevent are not synonymous.

Lipid peroxidation is always present in human being, only its level varies.
As studies showed vitamin E can prevent _excessive_ lipid peroxidation in
the reported populations.
