Default WI

up 1 pound but i did WI on a different time and day on little sleep so i am
good with it, this week's goal is to get back up to speed on the e tools
food journal with the new talker and computer, have a great week Lee, cold
in IL

I was up a pound this week too. In my case I blame chip shop fish &
chips (lovely, and I didn't eat all the chips), and a bread and butter
pudding that weighed in at 16 points!

I was helping a friend move, so there wasn't a huge choice available for
food, and anyway, it was cold, wet, miserable, hard work, and we were
tired. Worth every point and ounce, really.
