Default Oh Dear

Put on 2.3kg since last weigh in.

I am over my WW goal by 800g. I am allowed 2kg over WW goal before having to
pay again.

No one to blame but me, however the other day I weighed at home and I was
around 65kg, tonight I was 66.8kg.

I'm not sure, my scale is usually about half a kilo out from the WW scale,
and the WW scale I weighed in on tonight is different to the usual scale I
weigh in on, and Aunt Flo started today. I feel bleugh in that water
retaining way so although I acknowledge I have put on, I find it hard to
beleive its that much.

However I have been eating crap and not exercising for 6 weeks, so back to
tracking and exercise methinks

I am in the doldrums since uni finished and I haven't started work yet.
Hopefully I will get this under control quickly.
