Default Tai Chi Rhythmball exercise

I have had very good luck over the past two months by practicing Tai
Chi Rhythmball, a no-impact cardiovascular exercise developed in China.
It's easy to learn and fun to do, and can be practiced as an exercise
AND as a sport. Minimal equipment is necessary, and it's available
online at http://www.Rhythmball.com . In my first month of
Rhythmball-ing I lost one dress size, without dieting! It has gotten me
up off the couch and now that I'm more active I'm making other
healthier choices, too. Got a long way to go to lose this postpartum
baby weight but thanks to Rhythmball, I'm on my way!!!!!

I'm blogging about my progress, too: http://rhythmball.blogspot.com

Hope this helps,
Lynn
