Default To hell with the diet......

and the exercise program for the next couple of weeks. Madame and I are off
to the south of France where we've rented a villa to celebrate our 40th.
I'm sure that when i get back I'll regret having chucked out all those large
clothes. The car arrives in an hour; exciting!

Wine, Cheese, Cream, Meats, Green Veggies........sounds like Atkins-friendly
food to me

France is a great place to do low-carb, from what I've heard! Mmmm,
cheese. Ok, yeah, you do need to experience real French bread, but French
people eat it and stay thin, so you probably can too. If you try to live
as a Frenchman while there, you'll be doing a lot of walking anyway.
