Default Trans-Fat in food products

If I look at a food label and it says "0% saturated fat" does that
mean that there is 0% trans-fat in that product?

Any comments will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Sy

No, because to be a "trans" species it must have a specific (linear)
arrangement of substituents around a double bond, i.e. it must be
unsaturated.
