Default Week 3 weigh in - still going!

I am down another 2.2 this week, for a total of 9.8 in two weeks.

I have noticed, though, that I am starting to get "sloppy" with my program (one teddy graham won't hurt...)

But, I continue to write down my food, and go to the gym 5 days a week, so we'll see. I'm starting to worry, and trying not to.

Well done with the weight loss so far! That's just awesome!!! :-) I
remember sometimes slipping up and sneaking a few things into my diet
(especially licorice and gummi bears, argh!). Bad I know, but we're human.
All I can suggest is to carry on writing down points for EVERYTHING and you
should do fine! Best of luck!

ooh - watch that sloppiness......can't have that creeping up, and it's so easy when you're doing as well as you Maybe time for a quick mental revision of why you're doing this, how well you're doing, and how great it's gonna feel when you get there - that should keep you motivated.
