Default Week 9 - That Extra Weekend Gain Gone

My ONLY goal for this past week was to work very hard at being good,
drinking my water, and hopefully eliminating the small gain last week
from that weekend out of town where I had far less control of my menu
than at home. I was very pleased to lose that 1.8 and and extra .2 for
a total of 2.0 pounds lost.

I am slowly sneaking up on 10 pounds lost. Since that isn't very far
away now (I am at 7.6 pounds down now) I think that will be my next
"big goal". My long standing small goal is always to make it another
week with hopefully a loss or a stay the same and do the very best I
can.

Good weeks to all of you!!! I love reading about your successes and
also your trials and tribulations because I am right there with you!!!

Congratulations, Melissa. I regained the 1.6 I lost last week so I have
to work hard at getting it off again.

Great job Melissa!!! Also, great on having the 10 lb. goal within your
sight! A couple weeks ago I made a goal that by Memorial Day I will reach
my 10% (umm... 21 lbs. eek), right now I'm only at -6.8 total, and I think
I only have 4 more weeks, so that origional goal may not be all that
rational. I think I'll jump on board with you with the 10 lb. goal first,
and then set my sights farther out for the 10% goal.

We'll get there... glad we're all in this together!
