Is it bad to eat too many apples? I love apples! They're just so
refreshing and juicy. I've been up for 4 hours and i've eaten 4 already.
I usually eat about 10-15 a day. Is this bad for me? I was told you
should only eat 1 a day max, and definetely no mroe than 3. Why?? I
thought they were good for you.

Too much of anything isn't good for you. You need to branch
out if only because no food contains all your nutrients.

While apples are very healthy to eat, it is important to eat a variety
of different foods to have a healthy diet.

What else do you eat besides the apples? This seems like a little too much
fruit since the recommended daily servings is around 2-3 I think. On the
other hand, apples are much better than junk food.

There's a flyer up in the Gold's gym I go to that's about a diet plan that
features apples. The link is:

http://www.3appleplan.com/

They recommend eating an apple before meals to help control appetite.
Another gimmick to sell a book but if it helps some people that's cool.
