Default Lose weight the healthy way... Dr. Recommended

The first step is getting educated on nutrition and your body. I can
help you learn proper nutrition, how to improve your eating habits,
and develop a healthy lifestyle to obtain your goals.

I am a wellness coach, my first goal was to raise healthy children. I
have tried to do that through proper nutrition with simple vitamins
and groceries. Amazingly, I discovered that with over processing of
our foods in America, most of what we purchase at the store isn't
going to give us what our bodies need.

Then, I wanted to help my fiance' lose some weight. I the process of
all of this, I learned a lot, became more passionate about health and
nutrition and found some great products that help us balance our body
first.

When you balance your body with good nutrition, you give your body
what it needs to work for you. In the first 2 weeks, Jeremy's life-
long allergy condition was nearly non-existent and I had lost 8 lbs. I
didn't even think I could lose weight. Jeremy has now lost a total of
17 in 4 weeks. The best part... for me, it's staying off and he
