faster ways to lose weight.
Sorry to sound like a cliche,but I need to lose weight fast. I think
about a stone as soon as possible. The reasons are not for vanity,but for good reasons. Can anyone suggest of any ways of losing the weight as fast as possible? I know the slow and staeady,healthy way is best,by decreasing the calories consumed and increasing exercise,but for now I need any fast cheats. Thanks and bye friends. |

When I started losing wt. from 230 lbs....(I now weigh 138 lbs. my ideal weight), I lost over 30 pounds in about a month doing this and 2 pants sizes (from 44 to 40 as I recall). The dehydration was unintentional, but a huge factor nontheless. If you needed to lose wt. to pass a physical or lose your job, I would do this, but not for too many other reasons (again). You would be miserable doing it, too. Sometimes it takes something like this to jumpstart the diet process and get you onboard and feeling better about yourself if you are way overweight too, but nutritionists and doctors probably wouldn't recommend something like this. You tend to look gaunt and sickly (which you probably are) when you do this starvation diet plus exercise routine. You'll sweat a lot, lose sleep and when you are sleeping you'll dream about food. You'll turn into a grouch most likely as well. I call it the Misery Diet. At 230 pounds, I was not exercising and was eating about 4,000 cal a day. I started eating 1200 cal a day, swimming laps and walking fast for 2 miles on a treadmill every day to give you and idea of what I did to lose the first 30-40 pounds. I wish that there was some magical way to lose weight quickly! but
there really is not, but if you start by eating healthfully, cutting back on the carbs, sicking with whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats like olive oil fruit and veggies, and drink water throughout the day - you can definitely look better in a matter of days. I have just begun a healthplan for myself...i am eating well and just joined a gym. it's been about 4 days and I do notice a difference (and so does my husband.) actually i was realy curious to see what be accomplished in 30 days??... if you want to see how things go you can read my blog. hope this helps a little bit and hang in there!
