Default First goal reached!!

To my own surprise, I reached my first goal of 90kg two weeks ago. Since
then, I lost even more weight, so I can now definitely consider it gone!
It was a lot easier than I remember, mainly because I didn't beat myself
up each time I sinned. Taking it one day at a time and weighing only
once a week helped me stay positive. On average I lost nearly 1 kg per
week, more than I ever managed.

Now it is on to the next goal 85kg. I promised myself a massage as a
reward for reaching the first step. On reaching the next one I am going
to buy new clothes. It is great to fit into some old things again.

I still have to come to grips with one thing: after a twin pregnancy my
belly still looks terrible. I don't mind the stretchmarks on my skin,
but the skin itself is too loose, like I've lost a lot more than 5 kg.
Which I did, at some point, when the twins were born, but they are
nearly 3 now, and my skin never recovered.

At least I feel a lot better, both mentally and physically I have loads
of energy. That is a first in years, and I thoroughly enjoy it!

Congrats!

I need to re-focus a bit myself... went away for a weekend, came back
with my feet more aggravated and have not been eating as wisely as I
should, though am still eating healthfully. Trouble is, even healthy
foods add up, LOL!

That's very exciting, congrats!

I'm starting to find that losing weight is almost like playing golf;
if you think too hard about it, you'll psyche yourself out. But if
you just live easy and make a few changes, the weight just screams
right off!

Way to go Eowyn!
