I used a brand called Keto Ketato Mix which is available at my local
Smith's supermarket

1 cup Ketato Mix
3 Tbs Butter
2 cloves garlic
4 green onions (or 2 Tbsp dried minced onions)
2 cups chicken broth

melt 3 Tbsp butter in a saucepan, sautee garlic and onions until soft,
add broth and bring to boil, add Ketato mix and reduce heat, add heavy

I guess you can't read.

Potato and Ketato are not even similar unless you consider that last
three letters.

one is a vegetable or root if you will
the other is a creation for those of us that miss the taste of potato
(the evil veggie) and want to cook something edible.

but you like to strut. so be it.

Oh, that sounds good. I love Vichyssoise. I have used the Ketato Mix, I
especially like their sweet potato flavor.

If you actually read the nutrition facts for Ketato mix, you would realize
that they are made from potatoes, and that they are primarily comprised of
carbohydrates. Or perhaps you just have a problem with reading
comprehension.
