Default Finally weighed in

I am back on track and in the 180's again. 189. I hope to be between
185-189 by the end of the year and as we all know, January is a cake walk
when it comes to losing weight. Everyone is on a diet it seems and then
February there are less and March there are even less and April most people
are eating like pigs again. I get a kick out of the gym I belong to.
January is always packed and it gets less and less crowded every month after
that. It is a hoot.

Yahoo, I just wanted to announce me being back on track. Hope everyone is
enjoying the holiday season!
Curt

Are you eating nutritious food this time or still just LC junk? I remember
when you posted your daily menu in response to another post and it was
nothing but LC ice cream and other junk.

You must have me mixed up with someone else. I don't eat junk of any kind.
I only eat organic and natural foods. I am not sure who you are thinking
of.

Alcohol is organic and natural, yet still junk.

You're right. It was Cubit who posted a day from FitDay that was nothing
but junk, although it was LC.
My apologies! :-)

It's not just you - I got Curt and Cubit mixed up as well unless I'm paying 100%
attention. OK let's get this straight - Curt is the one who cycles, Cubit is
the one who insists on doing no exercise and whose minimal requirement for a
prospective girlfriend is that she must be willing to go low carb forever. Am I
right? :-P

Yeah, but she said LC junk. Alcohol isn't LC, so I said nothing wrong.

I have not had a drink in two weeks and probably won't have any till
Christmas. Must get real thin!

Enjoy,
Curt

Almost. Cubit did start exercising one he lost a lot of weight - he was
afraid that exercise is harmful to really overweight folks. I think you're
right about the girlfriend thing, though.

Yup, that was him. Searching for a worthwhile prospective partner
looks hard enough without chucking in those sort of requirements too.

I wish him good luck anyway though. You too. ;-)

Take care,
Carmen

Thank you for the updating, Roger. I missed Cubit's posts about his exercise.
