Actually, "Mama" Cass Elliot died of a heart attack, not a ham sandwich in a
London hotel room her daughter verified this on a tv show. the ham sandwich is merely an urban myth it was cardio-vascular. Karen had a heart attack as well she could have had a happy meal and still
