what can 30 days of diet and fitness accomplish?
hi all
i am trying to make a change. I am a foodie to an extreme! i love everything there is to love about food, cooking, baking, eating, reading about food, talking about it etc etc...so in the past few years i have put on a few. summer is almost here so I wanted to see "what can really be accomplished in 30 days?" i am making healthy choices...eating right and i just joined a gym!! that's huge, because i hate working out - and never have - but it's day 4 already!! and i do feel better, it's still hard to get to the gym, but i go...i decided it would make an interesting blog so if you are interested in following along please do... Mia http://miarussostern.wordpress.com You can accomplish a lot in 30 days, if you are focussed. But to see results in this time, you need to really look at your diet. I would suggest doing the induction phased of Atkins for the next 14 days, and with that ensure that you do at least 4 weight training sessions and 4 intensive cardio sessions, ideally some sort of interval training to get the heart rate up. Good luck Jon. http://www.motleyhealth.com/ |
