Default Changing program - argh!

Yup, Australia WW is changing the program. We seem to be doing the UK thing
with total calories and saturated fat, rather than total fat. I'm
maintaining happily so I'm not really bothered by it, but I'd still like to
give it a try and see if it really does work.

I haven't been to a meeting yet, but it's all over the WW site boards (and a
lot of people aren't very happy - rather like the flex points thing the US
went through however many months ago it was). Given that the formula has
changed, all the materials are changing too...

Now, does anyone out there have the UK formula calculation? Since I'm
lifetime, I have to wait until March to get the slider calculator thingy
(one book per month...), and I'd like to start doing some comparisons now!

Thanks, and happy New Year everyone!

I would be interested in knowing how they changed your program as well. It
is interesting to me to see what they change where, Lee
