monday
7:30 black coffee, f/f yogurt, honey
11 am broccoli, tomato, brussel sprouts, soy nuts, olive oil, black coffee 2:30 pm salmon salad, french bread 5 pm gouda cheese, pear 7 pm french roll, citron honey 8 pm lollypop short swim. some pounds are gone but the scales at the gym are screwy. |
