Default Exercising on Atkins Can Be Good!

After a month and a half and 24lbs of weight loss, I finally decided to
start running for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week.

Was reluctant because I thought that not consuming enough carbs would make
runs difficult. Then I decided that there was no way my 30 minute run was
likely to be long enough for a lack of carbs to be a factor.

I was right.

But what I hadn't considered was how much easier it would be to do the run
24lbs lighter! I feel great out there! I guess that makes sense because
running before was basically like running while toting around 3 gallons of
milk!

If you haven't exercised since you started Atkins, you should try it.

I'm planning on it. My birthday is in 10 days and I'm getting (fingers
crossed) a bicycle. DS and I will start riding together.

Way to go Chris
I run too.. though sporadic. (doing a gym workout now 3x a week)
Exercising make you feel like a million dollars... and you're right..
the weight loss just keeps making it seem easier and easier.

Good way to look at it in terms of the gallons of milk !

Amazing how much lighter you can feel with just a few gallons gone.
