Wrong way again, and NYNY weights
I have had an incredibly stressful week and I'm sorry to say that I
slipped back into my bad eating habits again. I ate too much and didn't drink enough water, resulting in gaining about half a kilo, a little over a pound. I was *very* good yesterday and I have a killer headache today, which means I'll be drinking lots but not eating a lot. I'm all pysched up for the new challenge and have some new rewards lined up for meeting mini goals. I'm going to make sure that this is the last time I have a gain until Christmas! Amberle, my starting weight for NYNY is 199.3 pounds, and my goal weight is 180.6 pounds. Hi Erin,
Sorry about the small gain. I find it helpful to look at the gains as reminders that I need to be aware of WHY I eat. You seem to be noting that too, so look at it as a positive reminder. Next week will be great.
