Aha, still not down that 2 pounds I was up two weeks ago but I am down
a bit, again.

Down: 0.6 lbs
Weight: 160.6

Congratulations for losing that .6 but you are at lifetime and managing it
pretty good for the look of it.

Quick, let's play see-saw.

I have already done too many meringues today. But then again,
breakfast on WI day consists of not much!

We had a substitute leader today. Interesting comparing styles and
also similarities. Today's leader has been at goal since 1979.

I certainly am not knocking the loss but just a bit more cushion would
help with wearing somewhat warmer clothes to the WI (G)

And with two parties last Sat I will say that things are better than
they could have been. I was good at the first party but the second
kind of wore down my willpower and the squash tart was quite good (g)

Last week my leader suggested that maybe my body had settled on this
weight. I think my head had done it more than my body (ah, the old
mind body dichotomy)

But as long as I know the stuff I now know, it is certainly easier but
not easy.

Thanks. Pulling it off week after week does take a lot of willpower.
