Resolutions are for Losers Weight Loss Challenge
Just a quick reminder for those that might have missed it that the
Resolutions are For Losers (RafL) starts as soon as the NYNY is over, which is this week. The website and sign-up form online for the Challenge. We're incorporating an "inches lost" portion of it this time, which is entirely optional. The challenge will officially run from Monday, January 5 - Sunday, March 28 with the starting weight being the weight from the last week of the NYNY Challenge (weigh-in from week of December 29-January 4). Curves measurement done on the 10th of the month as my official measurements. Put my goal weight at 205 and I'll send you my final weight for NYNY on Jan 4 when I get home to my scale.
