I am very happy thank you! I will try to get you some pic's, gotta
get a camera from a friend The only advise I can give you all is
to stick with the diet and not to go crazy with the atkin bars and
shakes and stuff, I only tried the candy and noticed that I didn't
move an inch on the scale. As soon as I cut it out I began to lose
rapidly again. There was one other thing that held me up and that was
eggs, so basically I was just eating meat (oh I love fish) and
vegetables lots of chef salads! I hope that everyone finds this diet
as easy to stick to as I did, although I know it is hard to get over
what you see other people eating, but in a way it is such great
attention that they pay to you when they see you are really STICKING
AND LOSING on this diet. There are people who don't even recognize me
anymore! But the best thing that can happen is to get someone else on
Atkins and watch them lose and be so proud for them and to cheer them
on. I still can't believe I did it!
Thank you again everyone!

I hope you will stick around and provide advice and inspiration
for us relative newbies, Cherish! My greatest desire is that my
daughter will look at me and my new WOE and weight loss and decide
to tackle her own eating. She IS cutting down....
