Turns out that fewer meals a day seem to be better than more meals a day, and one meal a day may well be better than two meals a day. So if people tell you that three meals a day are definitely better for the average healthy adult than one meal a day, they are probably wrong. And with one meal a day, it's much easier to break the habit of eating mindlessly, of having the kitchen be associated with food. Good health to everyone! Yours, Caleb |
