Pretty much the national breakfast Down Under, isn't it? I have no idea how many pts it is, but can't be many. Vegemite it zero points (woo hoo!), and I just had it on toast with my poached eggs. Yummy Low-fat breakfast sausage or turkey bacon and toast Ham sandwich made with low-fat ham (or a turkey or chicken sandwich -- there's no law that says breakfast has to be breakfast foods) These are good ideas. I need a protein source that isn't eggs or beans for breakfast. I'll go se what's available. Oatmeal -- the instant or quick-cooking kind Don't you need milk for this? I've never been a big oatmeal fan, but I could try it I guess. Also. check the WW recipe exchange board -- there are several recipes for Breakfast Cookies. Will do. Oatmilk huh. I'm going to go to the health food shop this weekend to pick
up some herbal teas so I'll see what they've got. I've got this semi-mucousy (too much information?) cough at the moment so anything to help that disappear would be a very good thing. -- Julie. 93.5/72.3/74 (WW)/72 (Personal) kg 205.7/159.0/162.8 (WW)/158 (Personal) lb Here's our FAQ: http://www.didian.com/asdww/ and welcome notice: http://www.geocities.com/welcomenotice/index.html "Fred" wrote in message ... I can substitute the cheese at lunch with tinned salmon (gets in my fish, and calcium with the bones), and the yoghurt for afternoon tea with some almonds and dried fruit. But I'm having trouble coming up with a replacement for cereal and milk in the mornings. I can do baked beans on toast, and boiled or poached eggs. After that I'm stuck. I don't like soy milk (or any other soy product) either, so that cuts out some other options. Anyone got any other ideas for some variety? We have an equivalent hot choc drink mix thing here that I have for dessert
with marshmallows. With toast for breakfast could be a good thing too. I will have to experiment with the oatmeal thing. There has to be a way to eat it that I'll like. -- Julie. 93.5/72.3/74 (WW)/72 (Personal) kg 205.7/159.0/162.8 (WW)/158 (Personal) lb Here's our FAQ: http://www.didian.com/asdww/ and welcome notice: http://www.geocities.com/welcomenotice/index.html |

It does keep hunger at bay and takes almost no time to prepare. Note sure about the "not pleasant" part!! Don't discount tofu then. Seasoned properly it can be very tasty. Look for
some seasoned soy products. They can be good as the real thing sometimes. "JulieB" wrote in message ...
