*Whispers* Wait.. I haven't gotten my dog yet.. I was gonna use that one..

The problem with this world is stupidity, now I'm not saying there should
be capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the
safety labels off everything and let the problem solve itself?

You mean you don't buy: "The dog ate my Journal," Or "Johnny did it,"
or "It's not my fault"???

You are on. We can do it since we've done it.

I have not been exactly good. But I don't think I was that bad.
But.....

Actually, yesterday at home, it was 162.5 and today, I matched the
official one above. Been bouncing.

But this is the first WI over goal but still within their "roaming"
cushion. Time for some real discipline.

Uh-oh! Time for "real" discipline instead of the kind you've been
practicing.

I'm not one to talk, since I went UP instead of Down a mere week after
reaching my WW goal. Shoot, it's hard to think about a personal goal
when I can't even stick to the maximum low.

Anyway, you said it: You did it before. You can do it again. Did you
hike last weekend? Are your legs hanging onto water?

I know you don't like to journal. Maybe just journal the things you eat
beyond the routine meals? Don't journal the oatmeal but the meringues
instead. Just a thought.

Fred this is just freaky, you gotta cut it out.
I also have to cut it out. I have been bouncing too, but keep seeing new
highs in the bouncing, and have not seen 159 since the middle of July or so.
Lets make a pact. What can we do here?

Hi, Fred, It's too bad about the gain but you know what you need to do and
you know how to do it. The weight will soon be off.
