Sorry for not posting, but I will have more time in the future. My
brother-in-law died on Sunday & as soon as things get straightened
around, most of the stress will be gone (I hope). I have gained back a
lot of the weigh that I lost, but hopefully, once the stress is off, I
can get back to work on losing it again. I always knew that stress could
be my downfall & I was right. I have been trying to at least read most
of the posts, so congratultions to all you losers and my comiserations
to those who have gained - don't ever give up the fight - as you can
succeed!

Oh Elaine I'm so sorry. What a time you've had in recent months with
being the caretaker for all the family health issues. Glad to hear
from you, though, and even more glad that you've been keeping up with
your reading here even though you haven't been posting. It's good to
know you're out there. Hope you're feeling all the love being sent
your way.
