Default Low Carb = Sweating?

Hola everyone... I've been doing low carb for
four days and I've found today that I can't stop
sweating! It's cold in here, I'm baffled.

Is this a common thing, or is it all in my head?
Thanks,
Alex

Alex,
When I'm on low carb eating I get really heated up as well. Usually
more so at night. I think it's just my body burning off more fat that
does it. Maybe someone has a better explanation but don't think that
you're alone. Some people get really cold when eating this way. I've
always gotten a heat rush after I eat but on this WOE it's even more
pronounced.

Best of Luck,
Rick

What I've found is that I'm sweating a lot less ... but a 50 pound weight
loss is probably to blame. (I'm also colder this winter than I was last
winter -- oh wait, this is fall.)

I can tell the days I am burning fat/losing weight in that I get really cold
hands. Eating makes the cold go away, for a couple hours, and then it comes
back. Guaranteed, the next day I will be down a pound.

Days I eat more, or eat more carbs, I do not get the "cold" paws, and I can
be pretty sure I won't lose any weight that day.

As of the sweating, it is the opposite for me....I used to get the sweats
after eating big pasta meals etc. Now with low carb eating, I rarely sweat
like I used to.

I also noted being hot and sweating during a period when, I think, I
was probably eating more low-carb (i.e. fat) calories. At the time I
was eating alot of nuts and cheese. Since I've cut calories, I don't
experience this effect anymore.
