Postural hypotension, also known as orthostatic hypotension. Here's a link:

Ok, this is getting ridiculous. For about a month now, every time I stand
up I get dizzy. I had a doctor's appointment coming up, and I thought it
might be low blood pressure, but it was 136/85, and the doc said that was
normal, but I always thought normal was 120/80. So is my blood pressure
too high? And could that be causing the dizziness? Or could dizziness be
caused by too little carbs or too many carbs? I've been low-carbing since
May, my diet has been pretty consistent with meat, dairy, vegetables,
usually between 40 and 80 grams of carbs a day. I did have a cold a few
weeks ago, when the dizziness started, but the rest of the symptoms are
gone now, does the dizziness just sometimes linger for weeks? I'm getting
enough sleep and drinking plenty of water.

I had a similar problem, so I did some research and found that a vitamin
deficiency will cause dizziness. So, I started taking a B Complex in
addition to multi vitamin and that seemed to have fixed my dizziness.
