When does Jello Expire ??

Ok I made some about 2-3 weeks ago....still in fridge
Still Jiggly.....still smells good.....no hairs or green thingys
So can I eat it ?? :-)

Yes, but it may have developed a leathery skin, which is just the result
of surface dehydration. Eat it, or trim it off; your choice.

if it's not made and still in the box, it's probably good until the Sun
expands into a red giant- about 4 or 5 billion years. If it's been made and
sitting on a shelf in the fridge, subtract 10 years from the former.
