I take a bunch every day (either I drink green tea or take capsules)-
can't hurt, and more and more research points to the polyphenols in
it are powerful antioxidants which can help protect cells from
premature aging, promotes digestive health, boost immune system...may
even help prevent some cancers! And, far as I know...no negative side
effects. Easy thing to add to my list of stuff.

Let's see. The label says 2 capsules contains Green Tea Extract
(leaves) 300mg Standardized to 50% polyphenols, 150 mg (whatever all
that means) and Green Tea (leaves) 500 mg.

Suggested dose is 2 capsules twice a day.

So, I take 4 capsules total, per day.

I went to the CVS and Eckerds near me and none of them have GTE. Would one
of those diet pills ("Green Tea Diet" was one of them) be good enough?

I think the green tea diet pills have other stuff as well, like
chromium picolinate (at least the one I saw did). I'm not really sure
of the benefits of CP, so maybe someone else can comment on it. Try
looking for green tea extract capsules at a health food store rather
than at one of the big drugstore chains - you might have better luck.
My CVS carries it, but it's not always in stock and they only have one
brand, usually. You could also shop for it on line at places like
vitaminshoppe.com or drugstore.com.
