Hi!
I really can't seem to keep this whole diet thing together! I know that what I am trying to do is change my life for the better and turn it all around. In fact I'm not really OVERweight. I'm between 5"2 and 5"3 and 126 pounds, but I would really like to be 115. I just can't seem to get the weight off. Also, whenever I have nothing to do I revert back to eating! I tell myself not to, but I still do!!! If anyone has any advice of any kind having to do with anything that would be great! Thanks! |

1. Limit your portion sizes and count your calories
2. Find a hobby that requires using your hands (both of them preferably) 3. Eat smart snacks not jumbo candy bars and chips 4. Join weight watchers - they help you stay accountable by making you weigh in 5. Pick up a sport of some type and play 3 times a week or more for @ least 30 minutes (bike, roller blade, tennis, swimming, etc.) 5. Figure out if you are at a healthy weight, and if so try to stay there. At 126 pounds you are within acceptable limits for a healthy BMI (if you are an adult). Over 65% of people in the USA have a worse BMI number than you! http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/products/pub...e/obsefig2.GIF DanM |
