Default Im Down 54lbs and 77 to go

All I have ti say is it takes a consistant effort and ADVANCED planning
to make any plan work.

The biggest help this year has been pplanning out the whole week before
my wife and I go shopping. Not only are we eating better but we are
not waisting money on food we don't need. Knowing what I am going to
eat today or tomorrow makes it so much easier to control the snacking
and cravings. I added a little room for those extra cravings and I let
myself eat those things that may not be "on the plan".

Just that simple thing of advanced planning has made all the differance
this time around.

As of today I am down 54 lbs. and I still have 77 more to go to reach
200 lbs. It's been alot of time at the gym and less at the burger
joints but it has been well worth it.

No mater what "PLAN / SYSTEM" you are using remember one thing...No one
makes a good decision when they are hungery."

Todd, I think what you said is exactly right. When I attended OA, we
had to commit our food daily. That forced us to plan what we were
going to eat and helped us to avoid pitfalls and temptations.
