Default South Beach Equivalent of "Atkins Essentials" book ?

Hello All -

I'm looking for a basic meal planning book using the South Beach Diet
plan and bought the SBD Quick & Easy Cookbook. The book's good but it
isn't what I'm really looking for in that most of the meals are more
fancy & trouble than I want to do in the plan.

I've seen the "Atkins Essentials" book which gives a 2 week menu plan
of really simple meal plans, so I'm wondering if someone can suggest
an equivalent version using the SBD? Thank you.

Louie
