Default Walking Update

I took Gary's advice and got a pedometer.

I was walking .35 of a mile.

Today I was able to stretch it out to .66 of a mile walking 1912
steps. burning 77 calories, in 18:16 minutes. That is as far as I've
ever walked in my life all at once.

Isn't it great to know how well you are doing. With the pedometer you
can now add a little more each time you walk and keep track of your
progress.
