Walking Update
I took Gary's advice and got a pedometer.
I was walking .35 of a mile. Today I was able to stretch it out to .66 of a mile walking 1912 steps. burning 77 calories, in 18:16 minutes. That is as far as I've ever walked in my life all at once. -- Richard |

With the pedometer you can now add a little more each time you walk and keep track of your progress. Audrey |
