I survived the time tonight when I found a couple friends from another group online and we went into chat for a little bit. What nice friends you must have to keep you company whilst you exercise ;-) Teri Yes, you guys are. :-) Obviously low aerobic. : ) I don't want to communicate with anyone when I'm working out. It's my time alone. Even when I hike with others, I don't want to blab the whole time, I want to be quiet. That's why I only go on group hikes occassionally, and when I do, I'm usually out in front of the main group with one or two other people. I like the quiet and solitude of working out, inside or outside. It's not social hour, it's time to recharge the mental and emotional batteries and challenge myself. Martha |
