Week 22 report - down slightly - minus 43 lb total
Well, it's been a full five months now!
This week I just lost 0.2 kg = 0.4 lb, but I'm ok. After all, this makes 6 weeks-in-a-row of consecutive losses (11 lb in just those 6 weeks) and the last two weeks were especially high losses (3.1 lb and 2.6 lb), so a "slow week" with a small loss is ok by me. I feel like I'm "consolidating" my losses so far. The numbers a * Day 154 / Week 22 / 5 months! * Weight (lb): 275.0 - 231.9 (minus 43.1 lb) * Weight (kg): 125.0 - 105.4 (minus 19.6 kg) * BMI: 41.3 - 34.8 * Percent body mass lost: 15.7% * Percent completed to goal: 43% The current graph is at http://lerner.net/diet/weight20051104.jpg doug |

Yep - 125.0 / 1.74 / 1.74 = 41.3 to 105.4 / 1.74 / 1.74 = 34.8.

It doesn't have to be about calories, protiens, carbs or anything else that seems so complicated. The model is simple, remove the toxins and your body will operate like the perfect machine it is. If you are TRULY interested in losing this weight and committed to doing so - you'll have nothing to lose in contacting me ). This is not a diet, gimmick or otherwise. You can send me your phone number or I'll send you mine - whichever way you are more comfortable. I look forward to hearing from you. |
