Default 3 month Atkinsversay: 20 pounds down

Hola,

Today is my third month of Low carbing and I reached a mini
goal: the first 20 pounds!

To celebrate I did one of my favorite dishes, Real Beef
Fajitas...

I season my steaks (yes, good quality steaks, not those
pre-cut pieces) with salt, pepper, chili powder, oregano,
basic, thyme, cumin... Add a little bit of olive oil in a
pan, when it's hot add the steaks. Sear them for a
minute, add some water, cover let them cook for a few
minutes. Uncover the pan, flip the steaks and cook them
until all the liquid is evaporated.

After it's cooked then remove from the stove. Let the
meat rest 5 - 10 minutes. Then slice it and return to
the pan with onions and bell peppers in a bit of olive
oil. Add a hint of chili powder and sautee for a couple
of minutes.

... with homemade salsa (tomatoes, onion, cilantro,
peppers, lime juice, 1 garlic), sour cream and some big
leafy greens as wraps.

Enjoy with some Sugar Free Lime Jello, (made with a bit
of tequila, no carbs here) and homemade whipped cream.

I know it sound complicated, but first it not... and
second, they are GOOOOOOD.

Tomorrow I am going to the beauty salon to get TLC.

Hey! Congratulations, Yazaira! Also nice to see that you did not
find it necessary to celebrate with carby foods.
