I can't speak for others, but I'm doing GREAT! Almost two years at
goal already. I'm amazed at this new life I've been blessed with.
Not only fitness and energy, but I feel this POWER now. (Must be the
muscle definition! wink) It's such a charge!

In two years I hope to be in the same place I have almost 3 months under
my belt. What do you find has been the biggest help in maintaining, the PA
or continuing to use MR's or both?

That's me too: PA every day, just about, with some decently
high-intensity stuff (The Firm) at least three times a week, and one
of my Cafe Mochas for breakfast every day.
