target is only a minimum.. not a maximum

It is but don't forget you can earn APs each day to give you more points
to eat. It also encourages folks to change lifestyles from one that is
inactive to an active one to raise the points in the calculation.

So this means I have lost 2 points. I thought 20 was hard somedays, 18
is going to really suck. I turn 38 in March, think I can count the
extra 2 points now

Isn't there a minimum number of points?

If you were a short, young(er) woman, who weighed 149, you would only
have 16 points a day!
At only 800 calories, that seems a bit extreme...

You can always stick with the 20 per day but adjust your 35 WPA accordingly.
If you don't eat all 35 WPA these days then adjusting them down to 21
(35-14) should not be an issue. Or earn more activity points each week.

yes there is a minimum and you must remember that the points also consider
fiber and fat so the point could be 70 calories and no fat or fiber, it
could also be higher in calories if there are 4 g of fiber, Lee

I got 2 more points and have started losing again but to tell you the truth
it is sometimes hard for me to eat all of them so at the end of my week I
have to eat calorie dense foods to get them all in, Lee

There's nothing magical about the new plan. If the old plan was working
really well for you, stick to your 20 points. I know lots of members who
continue with what they've been doing if they have been successful. I
couldn't do 18 either but I also know I can lose with as much as 23 plus
flex if I eat the right foods and exercise.

Everyone is different. I can't eat all my WPAs or I won't lose. So adjusting
mine down is not a problem. I just have to find the magical right number of
daily & WPAs to keep the scale moving.
